This review is rather late, but long overdue. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Highlander from Luay of Fast Trax in early 2020. Almost three years later, my vehicle is still running very reliable.Aside from basic maintenance, I've had no major problems. Luay is a very stand-up and honest dealer and as I recall, he was very patient in helping me select the vehicle I needed and assisted through the finance and loan process. Several days ago, I left something on overnight and it drained my battery. Luay bought me a new battery and sent a worker to my house to replace the battery without any fee again. If you are looking for a nice, practical used car this is your place. This hidden gem has a bunch of cars priced between 7-12k. Lots of cars and lots of Tacoma trucks. I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima. I recently bought a Tacoma from these guys, the minute I walked in they did not pressure me, told me everything about the truck, good and bad, and gave me a very fair deal on it. Bought our last 3 cars here basically because of Luay the owner. He is very honest about pricing and financing options . One of the vehicles we purchased had a check engine light come on and he truly went out of his way to get it fixed for us outside of warranty at a fair price.

Luay is great. no pressure sales, first time price was brought up was when I asked if we could negotiate price and with no hassle he took $300 off the price of the car. Even after we had written out contract and I had the specific amount for that in checks he gave me a check for $300 back for a later negotiation of price which he was kind enough to give me. Great experience. Kept in communication and very easy to talk to and helpful. The small dealership site would have kept me away had I not read previous reviews but I am glad I bought my car from Luay!
